2017 Jetta SE (TSI) 6-speed manual 9800 miles Took it in to dealership for 10000 mile maintenance. A bad engine will definitely decrease the value. All we ever get to read about are the bad ones. I'd look for a new dealership. The last oil change I got was at the Mazda Dealership and was in April 2018 and I went about 8500 miles since then.
